Being prepared but planning for demo's
I haven't seen any discussion on demonstration planning as a means to get the student to get excited, and to learn pipeline.
Is this because of the perception that a Demo is typically done real-time and may create a perception of disorganization??
Personally I teach a few classes where step by step, tutorial, or demo is crucial to picking up real-world pipelines.
What are the thoughts on this?
Brittany,
Demonstration is an awesome way to introduce, reinforce, or review key procedures or information we want our students to learn. I believe when a student gets an idea in their minds eye about what or how something is supposed to be, that is immensly helpful towards getting students to model that activity, and contributes to better retention, and ultimate mastery of needed activities.
