It is beneficial to do multiple evaluations.

I learnt about managing a revision cycle and creating multiple evaluations.

I will need a peer educator help me assess the effectiveness of my on-line teaching and use feedback to improve teaching.

The use of multiple evaluations, can guarantee proper revision of a course.

Multiple evaluations are needed from multiple sources apparently and this information, be it quantitative or qualitative, are key in closing the loop.

I learned that multiple sources are best practice when it comes to evaluation of your work and student performance.

I have learned that using multiple evaluation methods are beneficial and it helps determine that students have acquired their knowledge, skills, and abilities provided in the course,

No class should be finished when once you finish teaching it.  "Looping" is an important tool to continual update and revise your could the help all 3 stakeholders.  Instructors must use a variety of forms of assessments and feedback to help update and revise the course.

Multiple tools from muliple stakeholders are needed to provide feedbach that will give information needed to make changes to inprove my on-line course.

I learned that I need multiple forms to evaluate my program.

Multiple evaluations are so important because different students learn in different ways.  I have a student who is currently not doing well on her "test" but you give her a scenario and she passes it 100%.  So you know she has the content just struggles with the actual testing portion.

Gathering data from multiple evaluations is more effective in capturing the needed revisions for an online course. Gathering data from one source or one evaulation will not adequately provide sufficient data needed to make appropriate revisions for an online course.

Multiple evaluations are needed for learning.

I like the suggestion to have a peer review my course. That should be a great way to get honest feedback and positive insights on how to improve what I am doing.

What have you learned from this module and how do you intend to apply it?

I always asked for student feedback to change my course content or syllabus. I never really thought about asking parents or the institution about what I should change in my course. That's an interesting perspective.

I learned what "closing the loop" means. I also learned reasons to revise a curriculum and all the ways that a course can be evaluated. Very interesting. I think i'll try a portfolio with the students.

Have done many of these explained in the material. However, will add a Pre-Test. Mainly our office does this to check for general technical knowledge but I can add this to my class to institute a general overall level and specific levels particular to a student.

I have learned that you should use multiple form of evslustions

No class is the same, no material is the same, and students are not the same. That's why it is important to consider different assessment techniques / tools for have a good and complete overview of a teaching assignment.

There is one thing I will never forget that I learned in my undergraduate degree.  I have been able to apply this in every aspect of my life.

Needs Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.  This 4 step process is an ongoing process that can be used for anything anytime.  Growth happens when we are constantly finding ways to better ourselves and our processes.

Invite feedback from peer evaluator about the course I teach.
