You need to have the right attitude and high energy levels.

It is very important to have the Right Mental Attitude (RMA) and it begins with developing the potential within.  It will give you the positive energy that will make you better, stronger, and more successful in your personal and professional life. 

I have learned how important it is to maintain high energy levels.

The main reason the vast majority of new hires fail is tied to their attitude and personal energy. Working on increasing your attitude levels and energy levels can impact your success as well as the attitude and energy of those around you. 

Assessing your attitude and energy involves self-awareness and reflection. By regularly checking in with yourself, you can better understand how you’re feeling and how those feelings might influence your behavior, relationships, and productivity. 

So far I have learned what RMA is. I tend to use this moving forward in order to have the right mental attitude

I learned how to manage my attitude and energy effectively. I also learn how to assess it for improvement.

Having the right attitude and energy can make all the difference for yourself as well as others.  Attitude is everything because when it isn't a good attitude it affects everything and everyone.

Your energy always comes down to a choice.

how to manage and be aware of your energy and attitude. Always have the right energy and attitude.

What we are is what we reflect.

Personally I learned that I need to work on increasing my energy. I need to do more positive things for me every day instead of always exhausting myself just for others.

My biggest takeaway is taking OWNERSHIP IN LEADERSHIP...

Managing your energy can not only help you succeed when first entering your workplace, and if maintained, can help continue that success. In order to manage your energy efficiently, it is important to be able to reflect on yourself and ask not only if what you are doing is working, but what you can do differently to maximize your energy and attitude management. 

46% of new hires fail within the first 18 month of employment. 89% of that is because of poor attitude/personal energy. Having a good attitude and personal energy is nearly half the reason a new hire can be successful.

I learned how our energy level is impacted by habits and things we can control and how it can greatly impact our success or failure. 

Have the right Attitude and increase your energy level.
