Staying up-to-date and compliant is very important!

Using a checklist is a very simple way to stay up to date and organized. 

It is essential that Admissions personnel perform their duties in accordance with modern guidelines and are transparent in their disclosures to prospective students.

This module covers the importance of staying up to date with requirements and regulations, and creating a checklist of documents to keep updated.

 
From this module, I've learned the importance of staying updated with industry regulations and maintaining compliance. I'll apply this by setting up a system to track regulatory updates and conducting regular training sessions for our team to ensure we stay compliant and informed.

It's key to stay up to date on policies and procedures; checklists will support the work that you are doing. 

In this module I learned about the similarities and differences between licensing and accreditation. Also, I read about the policies around credit transfer, and with the help of the course, I enlisted all the documents for my resource notebook, which is necessary to keep all the information up to date.

Having and using a checklist is a good way to stay up to date

I learned in the module the importance of keeping a resource manual and keeping it up to date.  Transferring of credits and the terminology.

I have learned that attending meetings is a part of keeping up to date with all the offerings policies and procedures of the institution, so is important to always attend meetings

Understanding the structure of the institution and the programs offered very well is essential for the admissions representative. Information such as transfer of credits and other criteria is usually a topic in which questions arise from potential students.

Making a checklist is a great way to stay on track and organized when helping your students. 

This module covered transfer credits and how having a resource notebook with Florida CIE information can be beneficial. The module also covered accreditation resources. 

Staying up to date on compliance and any other important information that relates to the university is very vital.

Having a well organized resource notebook can make a huge different in the efficacy of your recruiting practices.

Providing students with regulations and up to date information on important policies such as transfer credit rules and accredidation statuses are an important aspect of enrollment.

It is very important to keep manuals up-to-date. Product knowledge makes on more confident when speaking to students that are seeking information.
