Showing gratitude through thoughtful correspondence—whether to references, mentors, or supporters—reinforces the importance of relationship-building in career development. It reflects positively on a candidate’s character and professionalism, leaving a lasting impression that can lead to future opportunities.
The post interview responses can help attract more attention to a job seekers resume and interview.
The post interview communication is so important as it shows interest in the company, as well as thoughtfulness and responsibility. The idea of building a portfolio feels to me like the replacement of the paper resume.
