First Week and Late Enrollments
On the first week i talk to them and tell them that there future employers will be looking at there records.
Also relate your in field experance with late employees and how theydont keep jobs

Make them aware of the impotance of being on time.

Excellent! This not only provides them with some real life examples, but allows them to know you better as a 'real person'. Good for you.

All good points. I would also let them know of a time, if available, for another orientation that they could make. This way they understand the importance of being on time, and can practice it by making the late enrollment orientation.
