Dynamic Instructional Design is more beneficial to education as it emphasizes flexibility and responsiveness to learner needs, ensuring that instruction can adapt in real-time to promote deeper understanding. By incorporating interactive and engaging elements, such as simulations and collaborative activities (group work), it fosters active participation and enhances retention of information for students. This approach also supports students who differentiate in instruction, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of teaching interventions. Overall, I learned that Dynamic Instructional Design empowers instructors to create dynamic learning environments that are adaptive, engaging, and ultimately more conducive to student success. Doing Live group chats is something I learned from this training module and will implement them as "synchronous chat session one of the most dynamic interactions with students".
