OHIO TRAINING!!!!

It's always good to go back and review any additional information available to make your job easier, and I believe this training did just that. I would recommend it to others

Classroom Experience

The Class was very helpful. I know now how important it is to constantly review new materials related to this field.

Ohio Training, 4/13

I found the Ohio training to be very helpful & easy to navigate. The blogs were informative and provided great insight from other colleagues that I will take with me when assisting future students.

training

very good info and it helped me do my job better

CM202 - Ohio Training

The online training course was concise, efficient, and informative. A very effective tool for this type of training. Highly recommend to colleagues:)

Ohio Training

I thought that Ohio training was very effective and thorough.

Training Course

I was really pleased with this course.  I learned more about Texas regulations and also about other department guidelines.  For example Admissions and Financial Aide.  It helped to see how we can all work together to improve our clarity to current and potential students and maintain adherence to compliance regulations.

Thorough

We completed this training as a requirement from the State of Ohio and I found that it not only refreshed my memory of what I was taught when I started as an agent, but I now have an even better understanding of what is important to bring to/explain to the students and why we need to know these details.

Thorough Training

We were required to complete this course for the State of Ohio and I think that the material did a very thorough job of covering exactly what it was supposed to so we have acquired better knowledge of Ohio Board Rules.

Compliance

Compliance is created to protect the consumer

Kudos to Ohio

This is the first state testing I have ever completed.  I believe it demonstrates Ohio's committment to social responsibility, good business practices, and ethical behavior.

CM202

I am taking away a lot of valuable information that will follow me throughout my career in education.

Glad to have real training

At my past place of employment I didn't receive any formal training at ALL! it was so frustrating and the pressure to sell was huge. My current employer is focused on the student and the student's success, which really makes me feel good about my job and what I do. I love being an Admissions Rep because I love helping people, but hated the stress i was always under.

Thank you for great training.

Ohio Knowledge

It will help me to be better at my job and better for my students. Thanks so much.

CM202: Ohio rules and regulations for admissions agents

I enjoyed this course. I was able to pull things from it that will help myself and the staff that I work with currently. We are able to pull things from this course and use it when meeting with prospecitve students. There were a lot of ideas in this course that will help our school in the furture. Like actually sitting in a classroom and having that hands on that we are telling the students about all the time. We are able to actually tell the students what really happens in the classroom because we have the experience of doing… >>>

very informative

Enjoyed the segments of training. Very informative.

CM 202

Very informative training that is very applicable to my position.  In depth enough to be useful but tailored enough to remain interesting and engaging.

CM 202

I think you always need training to refresh your knowledge and skills as a representative. I think compliance is so important and online training courses like this one really helps a new or current employee on thier knowledge on how to do their job.

Knowledge is power!

This was a great experience.  It had many informative points as well.  A very good way to stay updated on materials within this industry.

CM 202

This was a good refresher for me as I am somewhat current and have been an admissions rep for only about nine months now.  If we had to do this type of training for all 50 states then I would recommend this be incorporated on a national level.
