If there is something I do not know, I will refer the student to talk to the staff person responsible by making sure I call or take the student to meet the staff person responsible in person.

I have learned that it is important to is important to sustain a culture. It is not only appropraite but it is just the right thing to do. It is also important to build trust with students. It is not about us as employees, it is about helping students achieve academic success. It is also important to always take notes and have everything in verbal wriintg. That is a way to show official proof of everything that has been done or talked about.
