My Best Practices

My experience and success with teaching meant that I had to be a mentor, a facilitator, a cheerleader, a holder of high standards, and sometimes even a friend. It was always about building a learning bond between the instructor and the learner so that the I can help them learn.

Retention

Retention is challenging, but with an effective plan it can be helped along. 

Customer service is the greatest tool

This course helped me understand the concepts of doing customer services. Customer service is the best tool to retain students in school also bring more students trhough happy and satisfied students

Customer service is the greatest tool

RT105 course helped me understand the concepts in depth to assist students. Greeting each student with smile and by making them comfortable is the best way to keep our students in school and bring more students through referals. 

Knowledge is useless until we use the knowledge

I will be more proactive in reaching out to current and especily new students to make them feel relax and comfortable enough to share their problems so I am able to solve them earlier. This course is very helpful for my job requierments. Thank you very much..

Quizlet.com is a digital flashcard website with interactive assignments and games. It's particularly good for courses like Medical Terminology and Pharmacology.

Best practices for the classroom

Education can be challenging when you have many different types of learning styles in one classroom. Make sure that all students are encouraged to do thier best and make sure that they are included. Classroom observation is a great way to make sure instructors are up to date in the information that they are giving out. 

Retention from Orientation to Graduation!

Retention of students should be one of the main goals for a school.  Retention will bring these positive outcomes to all involed. The school will be seen as a good school. The school will be an asset to the community it is in. Students will seek out the school due to its success rate. The school will have more students and a be more profitable

 Our students are our customers. We need to providen them good customer service by educating them well,  students are willing to pay more money if they are satisfied with the education they receive from the educators and will recommend the school to others.
