In my culinary classes, I create eLearning environments even for my live, in-person sessions because time with my students is limited, and there's only so much content we can cover during our face-to-face classes. I use eLearning as an additional resource to extend learning beyond the physical classroom. This allows students to engage with course material at their own pace, review key concepts, and access supplementary resources such as instructional videos, recipes, and quizzes, all of which reinforce our hands-on experiences during class. By integrating eLearning, I can maximize our limited time while ensuring students have continuous opportunities to deepen their knowledge and skills outside of class hours.
