I have learned a lot with this program
I learned that it is not beneficial to sugar coat feedback. If you are really trying to improve someone's style or managing approach you need to be blunt and direct with your feedback.
Communicating effectively goes a long way. Use the correct strategy when communicating.
Its easy to let someone know that they did something wrong. Its harder how to do it properly and not burn bridges. This training was helpful in telling people how to manage issues properly. A concern was brought up, a conversation happened, both parties are better afterwards.
Remember when someone is giving you feedback the intent is to help you be better and give you new tools to improve.
the best practices are to get everyone involved and students participating with their learning experience. I do utilize action plans to assist students in achieving his or her goals. I feel that my major successes are when students are striving with their grades and their learning experience. My major challenges are when students are failing.
Will encourage my peers and student to encourage feed back in a timely manner and let it be a learning experience.
It is important to come from a place of kindness and have a relationship when offering constructive criticism so that it’s easier to receive

I leaned that engaging the audience with humor, eye contact and well prepared presentation will have a better effect than a poorly executed presentation.

I learned that it is important to know the recievers best way of learning. That it is best to use methods for the different type of learner, verbal, written and demo. It is important to help the employee through the process of learning.
just move around in the classroom more and engage with the students. Always keep humor in the discussion but deliver the information on point and in depth with other examples to help relate the subject to something they know already

Nonverbal communication can be effective as verbal, many people tend to read the body language than to listen to the speaker, a person who smile, look you in the face while speaking will get more attention than those who don't express themself in a nonverbal manner.

Always send out an agenda outline with time units to base the base of your meeting. Have someone take meeting minutes and have a time keeper.
Two big considerations for PowerPoint Presentations:
Less words for most slides because then the audience will focus on the instructor as explanations are made about the topic.
Use Presentation mode and make sure you face the audience.
