having an open mind is very impotant so that we efficiently be there for our team or overall understanding of any issue.

For me, empathy is the most important skill to be able to lead and manage a team

I must use the appropriate communication tool so that my students can be able to understand the main points in lecture. I must use an outline and focus on the main areas corresponding to the lecture.

Students must be able to receive constructive criticism. When I provide constructive criticism to a student I make sure to make it face to face and facilitate new ways or other ways as to how one's work can be accomplish.

If I want to capture the audience for which I have prepared a PPT presentation I must also rehearse prior to the actual presentation. I also must be knowledgable about my subject and interac with the audience.

Always listen to the other person's concerns before one draws a conclusion.

Everyone learns differently some visually some hands on - so how we communicate with students will need to evaluated to make sure whe support the need of all students.

Another good course and I plan to implement some of the items learned.

Positive feedback needs to be giving right away! 

I plan to use the information given in this module to improve my communication with my peers.

I learned that it is not necessary to share everything, especially when the other party may not be able to change a situation.

Teaching to learners in a classroom is an important performance. It is a symptomatic exchange of educational information.  This information should be a life-long enriching experience.

I learned that many of my past management issues had to do with communication 

I like the information on how to handle negative feedback.  there are times when some administrators use words or show actions that make the situations that happen at work appear to be totally you.  Ilike the information that you must separate yourself from the critisim and deal with the issue at hand.  Love it!  You are not the mistake!!!

non verbal communication is just as important as verbal. 

be honest and sincere when speaking with people.

Communicate with students in a forum they use: instagram, snap chat, texting.

Know what you want to say then say it as briefly but completely as posible.

Best presentation are those that have been throughly research and practiced. Having an icebreaker at the begining allow for smooth opening to topic.
