Not Just A Sale

Yes we are given a goal to reach, yes we have quotas... but this helps to remind us that we need to relay all possible information so they can feel comfort in knowing you are their to help them accomplish their goal instead chasing them down for their $$$

Great refresher

This was a great refresher for me. Sometimes you come across difficult situations and you have to take a pause and think it thru to make sure you are handling the situation appropriately.

The modules really hit on the areas that we in Admissions need to employ on a daily basis.  It also reinforced the practices that we utilize on a daily basis.
