Admissions Staff Compliance

I found this course helpful, useful and easy to do online.

Treating people like people.

This course was very helpful on how to spreak & treat people with disabilities as people. It truely help show the differece between giving equal access and not advantages.

Compliance Course

I feel that this course was very helpful as I am trying to build my career as an admissions agent. I am still new and learning but I think that this had a huge impact on my knowledge. I am excited to use this training that will help me for my future success! I look forward to more training sessions.

Refresh.

This is nice refresher course to go over compliance and regulations. It was good for me to go over CM305 because there were some things that I didn't know where the rule/regulation came from. For the most part, it reinforced that the things I have been doing have been in compliance. I'm a huge advocator for following guidelines so it's nice to see validation of that.

Knowledge

As an admissions representative it is nice to continuously be trained and updated as the industry changes. Making sure we always inform the students with the proper information, be truthful so they can make the best decision for themselves and what school best fits them is one of the most important parts of my job.

Compliance and change

Being in higher education for over 8 years I have been through a lot of change in the for profit sector.  When the DOE cracked down I was lucky to be working for a college who was ahead of the game and was proactive with change, and change continued over and over.  With change comes some employee frustration and resistance.  Has anyone had an employee that just couldn't get the changes and couldn't comply?  I have and my situation ended in terminating the employee.  What did you do and how did you handle the situation?

informative

I found this course to be very informative.  It is nice to be able to revisit to refresh on some key points.

course

As a new instructorI  found the course helpful.  However, I feel I will need to revisit the course to remember more key points.

Informative

The course was very informative and helped me with understanding all of the regulations and guidelines for the job.

Informative

I feel this was a good refresher course and would recommend it to anyone in the Admissions, Financial Aid or Career Servies departments.

Training Excercise

I really enjoyed using this program because it helped me understand responsibilites of a school and it's functions

Reps

Personally I feel that what makes me a great rep is the connection and dedication that I provide to my students and prospective students. I try to make myself available to my students if they are having great days, bad days, questions, birthdays, anything. I also try to make sure that I am doing what is in their best interest and also advising them as to what I feel may potentially be in their best interest. How about you?

Admissions Training

I just completed level Admission Training CM221. I highly recommend this training to all. It was a great refresher and I learned a lot. It covered more material than I had expected. This training is a great tool for all to use especially. It keeps you up to date with the latest and great techniques and also make sure you are in compliance with state licensing.

Do the right thing

Although one would think all the concepts in this training session would be considered "common sense", I believe it is always a benefit to actually pull each concept apart and anaylize them.  This course explains why we do these particular procedures in order to get a better handle on the overall BIG picture in what it is that we ,as an institution, are expected to deliver on a consistent basis.

Admissions Compliance Training

Good day all!

I just completed the online Admissions Compliance Training.  I know what I learned will benefit me throughout the rest of my onboarding journey! One must first understand the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth.  That way, one can always remain complient.  Staying compliant transfers directly into ethics and integrity.  Always doing the right thing, even when no one is looking! I like to think of it as a domino effect; proper training leads to working within compliance, being compliant allows you to have proper work ethic and do everything with integrity.  With integrity, you build value… >>>

ADA training

This training was very informative, and I learned a great deal.

Staying Compliant

As an experienced individual in higher education with several years in the industry compliance is critical to my success.  Often agents try to walk the line and sometimes cross it as it relates to compliance; I have personally have had to let an employee go after several coaching sessions he was still not following the guidelines.

Have you ever had a similar experience and how did you handle it?

Very Informative

This training was very informative.  I am new to the field so I really enjoyed obtaining such a great wealth of knowledge.  Regulations are always changing so it's great to remain current so that you can do your job is the most effective way possible.

Doing The Right Thing

This was very informative and will help me assist my reps with any questions that may come up with interviews and student needs. As a coordinator it is good to know all the ends and outs of our processes. I am very satisfied with training.
